Our Chefs celebrate the luxurious offerings and iconic history of The Orient Express.

Sharing a vision to create a magical experience during the latest Orient Express exhibit’s extension through 5th January 2022, with the pop-up restaurant in Singapore will be the Chefs first collaboration to bring a new and exciting dining adventure matching the legendary aura of the Orient Express experience.

Janice Wong, a two-Time Asia’s Best Pastry Chef, shares with the classicaly trained Chef Isaac-Henry the passion of high level cuisine. They both came from le Cordon Bleu in Paris . They have assembled a multicourse ‘story menu’ aboard the luxurious replica restaurant car of the Orient Express with its storied history as their inspiration.

The new menu includes stops in Istanbuls’ famed souks, Bombay during Deepavali followed by a classic Paris Christmas feast. Best known for her BonBons, Janice designed chocolate treats to match the color and texture of a trip on the Orient Express.

The Chefs favor French cuisine that will draw its strength from the creativity and skills learned at the famous Paris’ Cordon Bleu and honed on the world stage for both of them.
